MEET THE Authors

Two Writers, One Shared Purpose.

The ideas behind Here for Good emerged through a collaboration between a founder who spent two decades building mission-driven organizations and a scholar studying how institutions create long-term social impact.

Together, Jesse Oxford and Dr. Hannah Stolze explore what allows organizations to remain missionally alive across generations.

AUTHOR

Jesse Oxford
Founder & Leadership Advisor

Jesse’s work focuses on inspiring misson-driven organizations to transcend short-termism and embrace a long-term mindset.

He is the founder of OX FOR GOOD, a global creative agency that partners with organizations across North America and Europe addressing issues ranging from humanitarian relief to global development.

Over two decades, Jesse’s work has helped raise billions of dollars in charitable giving and helped organizations addressing some of the world’s most complex challenges reach audiences around the world.

In 2023, Jesse intentionally transitioned from CEO to Chairman of OX, passing day-to-day leadership to a new generation of leaders while focusing on research and writing about organizational endurance.

Alongside his work in leadership and storytelling, Jesse is an ISA Certified Arborist, studying how long-lived trees and forests respond to stress, decline, and renewal.

The natural world’s lessons about longevity and regeneration helped shape many of the ideas explored in Here for Good.
