Enduring IMPACT
Here for Good explores how mission-driven organizations endure — not just survive — for generations, continuing to have impact long after their founders are gone.
The world needs organizations that remain relevant, trusted, and effective across generations.
We call this Enduring Impact: institutions that adapt while holding to their mission, and renew themselves while keeping their soul.
Enduring Impact requires two things. Impact: the ability to change lives and move the world toward the mission. Endurance: the ability to carry that work across generations.
An organization with impact but no endurance burns out before its mission is complete. Its good work cannot compound over time.
An organization with endurance but no impact survives for generations while drifting from its purpose. Its longevity stops serving anyone.
Enduring Impact is what happens when both qualities reinforce each other. The result is work that matters now and continues to matter generations later.
